CHICAGO PEACE FELLOWS 2021
Westside Media Project and Storyline Studio Chicago stand with Chicago Peace Fellows Mutual Aid Collaborative as they call on funders to adopt
A Pathway To Anti-Racist Philanthropy.
Storyline Studio works to promote Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in philanthropy by engaging with and supporting Black-led, grassroots organizations working to improve their neighborhoods on the South and West sides of Chicago. These leaders live in the same areas where they serve and have demonstrated the ability to identify and address community needs. While these leaders and their organizations face systemic inequities in funding and other resources, they continue their work on the front lines in some of the city’s most challenging neighborhoods looking for solutions.
From distributing much-needed supplies during the pandemic to developing safe spaces and programs for residents, these unsung leaders work to make Chicago a better place for everyone.
Meet the Chicago Peace Fellows class of 2021 and learn about some of their amazing work.
